How do I start a non-fault taxi accident claim?
Call Fylde Coast Replacement Taxis on 01253 876 135, or complete the claim form on this page. The details needed are what happened, where the vehicle is, what it is, and the other driver's details if they were exchanged. A replacement cab can often be arranged the same day.

In the event of an accident you are entitled, by law, to use a solicitor, accident repair centre and taxi replacement service of your own choice. The at-fault insurer cannot make you use theirs, whatever they tell you on the phone.
Just had a bump? Six things to do now.
- Check everyone in your cab, and the other vehicle, is OK. Call 999 if anyone's hurt.
- Move to safety if you can, hazards on, hi-vis on.
- Don't admit liability at the scene, even if you think you're at fault. Insurers decide that, not you.
- Get the other driver's name, phone, reg, make/model and insurer. Note any witnesses' details too.
- Photos of everything: both cars, the damage, the road, the plates, dashcam clip if you have one.
